Sorry, something went wrong error in Sharepoint 2013 site

Sometimes we get 'Sorry, something went wrong error' when we upload large sized files to share Point 2013 sites. 

Normally this error is related to execution Timeout . If we increase the default  execution Time out 360 seconds to some other value, this error will solve.

Steps to modify the default execution Timeout ,

1.  open the web.config file in the directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS ,

2. change execution Timeout to your time. Below  is the screenshot.
